Cody Pickens is a San Francisco-based photographer interested in portrait, tech and sports work. His major clients include JetBlue, AMD, Headspace, Pentagram Design, John Muir Health, CBS, ESPN, Wired, Variety, AARP, Men's Health, USC, TIME Magazine, Hornall Anderson and SOM.

Cody is greatly intrigued by meeting the interesting and accomplished subjects he would otherwise not have the opportunity to meet -- whether it be Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom, Hollywood heavyweight Kristen Bell, major league slugger Hunter Pence of the San Francisco Giants or the Prime Minister of Bhutan. He finds personal inspiration in all of his subjects and he channels that inspiration into creating the best possible portrait he can, worthy of both his accomplished subjects and the client with whom he is collaborating.

Having spent the first 18 years of his life in Missouri, Cody has spent the last 19 years in California. When not on assignment or meticulously organizing his desk, he enjoys living life with his wife, 7-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter. He loves everything the Bay Area has to offer with much gluttony and is always ready to debate which joint makes the best cappuccino.
